If you're interested in getting tattooed please fill out the form below with your contact information and a description of what you are wanting. Please specify if you would like to pick a design from a book of drawings as well.
A deposit is required to make any appointment which comes off the final price of the tattoo. All deposits are non refundable and only transferable with 24 hours notice of reschedule. Without 24 hours notice the full or partial deposit will be taken. If you no call no show to your appointment you will be charged the full amount for the tattoo.
